CIRDA:  Central Indiana communities speaking with one voice. 

Through CIRDA, elected executives throughout Central-Indiana, irrespective of political party, speak with one voice on key issues. Established pursuant to IC § 36-7.7, CIRDA fosters collaboration and cooperation among Central-Indiana municipalities and counties to advance economic development, address regional issues and work with Indiana’s private and not-for-profit sectors.
CIRDA advances the region by focusing on projects and funding opportunities that promote to quality of place, infrastructure,  economic development and growth in Central-Indiana.

About 1/3 of Indiana’s population calls Central-Indiana home. Central-Indiana is a multicultural, diverse region of eclectic cities, desirable suburbs and charming small towns. Ruoff Music Center

Ruoff Music Center is an outdoor amphitheater located in Noblesville, Indiana. It is the largest outdoor music venue in the greater Indianapolis area, seating 24,000 concert-goers. Growing in popularity, Ruoff has drawn in huge musicians such as Noah Kahan, Hozier, Niall Horan, Maroon 5, Janet Jackson, among others.

Palladium and Performing Arts Center

The Center for the Performing Arts, a nonprofit organization, oversees and curates a diverse performing arts campus in Carmel, Indiana. One of its well-known facilities is the Palladium, a cutting-edge 1,500-seat concert hall. Annually, the Center hosts numerous events and offers venue and support services to six resident companies: Actors Theatre of Indiana, Carmel Symphony Orchestra, Central Indiana Dance Ensemble, Civic Theatre, Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre, and Indiana Wind Symphony.
