Beginning in 2023, CIRDA was established with only 8 municipalities as members. With a shared vision of improving the quality of place, retaining and attracting talent, and aligning the public sector on key initiatives, CIRDA now has 27 official members as of summer 2024. Now, CIRDA represents 90% of the current population in the Indianapolis-Carmel-Anderson MSA with goals to continue expanding.
CIRDA is a third-party organization that connects public sector entities. Constantly looking to innovate, we welcome new members!
